Pepa Halo
The Form: A broken circle that creates a graphic, suspended silhouette. The Halo is a modern reimagining of the classic hoop.
The Spirit: A mineral orbit. The Pepa Halo features a reactive mineral glaze where black manganese "seeds" bloom through the matte white surface. It mimics the appearance of rain-worn stone. Raw, speckled, and ancient.
The Making: Each Halo is hand-cut from stoneware slabs and shaped to maintain a balanced tension. I work the clay to a refined, deliberate thinness to ensure they remain comfortable for all-day wear. Because of this glass-like profile, these pieces should be handled with intention and treated as precious relics. They are designed for the wearer who values a slow, careful ceremony. Finished with high-quality gold-plated sterling silver posts.
