is it safe to smoke from ceramics?

Totally safe. Our ceramics are made of stoneware that is food safe using lead-free clays and glazes. Smoking from ceramics is similar to smoking from glass. We recommend using a regular, non-torch lighter when smoking.

   

how to clean

Bong & Bubblers can be cleaned using Isopropyl alcohol with some salt mixed in. If cleaning a bong, remove the glass bowl and downstem and clean all parts separately. Pour alcohol/salt mixture into the bong/bubbler chamber and move it around to coat the entire inside. Let sit for about 20 mins, then pour out and wash with soap and water and/or wipe with a damp cloth. We recommend frequent cleaning for a cleaner, clearer smoke.

We recommend hand washing to prolong the life of your piece.

 

can i place my piece in the oven or microwave?

We do not recommend placing our ceramics in the oven or microwave.
