Aether Noir Bubbler
The Form: A study in architectural shadow and refined material contrast. Thrown and trimmed on the wheel in rich brown stoneware, the Noir is defined by a series of rhythmic, hand-tooled ribs wrapped in a velvety matte black finish. The collar and foot are left unglazed to expose the warm, organic grain of the raw clay body, while the interior mouthpiece and bowl are lined with a smooth, glossy white glaze.
The Spirit: Designed as a monolithic centerpiece for daily ritual. This series is about grounding clarity, bringing a bold, architectural presence to the table where velvety matte black, polished white accents, and raw stoneware converge in balance.
The Making: Wheel-thrown and hand-trimmed in small studio batches. The integrated downstem and removable raw-clay bowl are hand-built to ensure a precise, seamless air seal, making each piece a singular specimen of wheel discipline and kiln variation.

The record of the hand
Cloud Commons is a practice of slow, technical discipline. Every artifact is born from the earth, either wheel-thrown or hand-built ensuring that no two pieces are identical. These are records of a moment spent at the wheel or at the table, made to be handled, lived with, and kept for a lifetime.
